Waited over 30 minutes for just two pieces of chicken, and when it finally arrived it was burnt. The staff seemed to have no clear system for handling orders, which led to long, unnecessary waits for customers. Very disappointing experience for a supposed fast food restaurant.

This is disappointinting. It is the first time in my 20+ years of having kfc that i saw such small chicken piece in a 3 pcs chicken set meal! Hope this branch can do better than offering such ridiculous size to customers.

Small outlet with very minimal staff interaction because ordering is all done at the kiosk. Food was collected in less than 5 minutes but the reason for my low rating is that the chicken had a slight smell to it compared to the ones I’m used to in Malaysia.
