Just finished dinner here. Food was good as usual, but what was truly outstanding was Jackie’s impeccable service from start to finish. Attentive but never intrusive, courteous and made us feel right at home. Hope Beauty in the Pot/Paradise management see this and give the man some well-deserved recognition. Kudos!

Had been here several times and generally the food and service was above average. The complimentary birthday cake for birthday guest is very thoughtful, preferring without the fanfare by the service staff though. Always love their cooling coconut broth and fruit tea.

We came for the (limited time) XXL seafood dumpling soup which was yummy. This recently renovated star vista outlet has a relax and cosy atmosphere. The service staff Ms Lee Mee and Mr Wei Kiat are very friendly and prompt. We had a very enjoyable hotpot session. Thank you Lee Mee and Wei Kiat!

Used to frequent beauty in the pot at vivocity but they changed to another concept and come to this outlet a few times already. The food is delicious, place is clean and service is good. Limited period of time they have lala pot, its yummy.
