Nice little bubble tea shop that we've been patronising for awhile. Nice tea (四季春茶), good service (kudos to WM and team), reasonable prices. Give it a try!

Tried the signature Jasmine milk tea with coffee jelly in it. The coffee jelly is amazing. That has strong bitter taste of the coffee. Service very fast and no queue during off peak hours.

The staff here are all very nice and that’s why I always come back here. However, I find signature KOI more consistent in terms of the bubble quality. Overall it was a very nice cuppa of Milk tea.
