Indian hawker stall at unit #02-13 serving roti prata, murtabak, and fish head curry with house-made curry gravies.
Yong Kee Indian Cuisine is an Indian-Muslim hawker stall that serves the full repertoire of prata, murtabak, and curry dishes that define the genre in Singapore. The roti prata is flipped and stretched to order, arriving crispy on the outside and soft within, ready to be dragged through a bowl of fish or mutton curry. The murtabak, a stuffed prata filled with minced mutton or chicken and egg, is a hearty single-dish meal that draws regulars looking for something more substantial. The curries are the backbone of the operation, simmered daily with a house blend of spices that produces gravies with depth and warmth rather than raw heat. Fish head curry is available on certain days, and the chicken curry pairs perfectly with a plate of briyani rice.
The stall also does a brisk trade in teh tarik and milo, the essential accompaniments to any prata meal. Drop by Yong Kee for a classic Indian-Muslim hawker experience that covers all the bases, from crispy prata to rich curry. It is roti and gravy done the way the neighbourhood expects.

The food quality and taste is bad, the fried chicken wasn't fresh and inner part of chicken had some yellowish substances.
