Curdling in the curry vegetables, so suspected overnight curry re-boiled. Fat can be precipitated out due to higher acidity. Fried bean curd is fried with dirty oil resulting dark specks on the surface. French beans is super oily and overcooked. I hope I can give negative stars for the food but I cant.
