Very delicious big bowl of batang fish soup for 5.50$ , added extra dish for 3$ and bittergourd for 50c Probably close to 8-9 pieces of thick slices. Definitely value for money. Only downside was they should be giving more soup.
อร่อยตัวแตก delicious my break
The broth was good, the fish was good, and it was a large bowl for $7 + plain rice for $0.50.

Ordered: Grouper fillets + noodles - the broth was sweet and delicious 😋; Braised pig's trotters - very flavorful, satisfied. No porky smell 👍🏻, but I saw a hair 🫢 🫠 …

The fish is tender and smooth, and the broth is clear and sweet. Great! Great! No MSG! I think they have quite a few outlets specializing in fish soup! So the quality assurance is there.

What a delightful experience of a fish soup and rice lunch at this Soon Lee stall at the Tiong Bahru food centre. The fish slices were thick, fresh and plenty. The rice portion was generous. The price was fair ($5.50 for the fish soup and 80 cents for the large bowl of rice. A real bargain. It was as good as the competitor at Tekka.
