Delicious and comforting collagen fish soup! Tried the Shifudo No Mala Suppu and Smokey Prawn Udon Bagge ā light, clean, not oily and so addictive. Fresh fish, consistent soup base, and great pairing with udon š². Limited seats at ARC Level 2, so go early. Hidden gem worth trying! ā¦

It was a filling and well balanced meal with veg and meat. We got the tori and ebi bagge udons and it comes with creamy sauce. Sauce can get quite jelak after a while. The prawns were pretty fresh and the chicken was tender and can taste the aburi.

Really enjoyed my meal at Sakana-No-Suppu! The Aburi Tori Bagge with mala cream was creamy, smoky, and flavourful, while the Seafood Bagge with smokey prawn reduction was rich and comforting without being too heavy. Love the unique bagge udon concept. Will definitely return! š ā¦
