I like the thick broth and roasted chicken. Each a drumstick+thigh, not tough at all, well marinaded. I has the wasabi soup which is normal broth with a spoonful of wasabi sauce added to the chicken. Kinda strange tasting.

We went there Sunday noon around one plus. We are the first one to queue after that started the long queue. We choose the bar counter to seats and the serving is fast after we ordered. We can see many repeat regular customers. The noodle price start with $13.90++, many options and all come with chicken drumsticks. Free hard boiled eggs, bean sprouts and sesame. You also can choose light, normal and thick for the soup, the texture of noodle, the salty level. The soup is very authentic like what we had in Japan. Really thick and rich. Plain water (refillable) at 50cents, green tea (refillable) at $3.50 big glass. They also have their own sparkling bottle drink "cola" start with $4.90 with 4 type options. Find something special but didn't try. Will try it next time. The air circulation, air conditioning inside are still good and comfortable.

Ramen noodles and the soup were very delicious. The chicken tasted like frozen meat - dry and tasteless. There were free hard boiled eggs and seasoned bean sprouts. Service was bare minimal, merely putting orders on our table, hardly justifying the service charge.
