The quality of the ramen and salmon don has been consistently good during all my visits. The free beansprouts here is a crowd favorite! It seems they have changed the menu recently. Staff turnover is understandably high but huge kudos to both Yang and Jiaxuan who always hold the fort well. They are super efficient!

Had our dept lunch today. Portion was surprisingly big but what impressed us the most was their service. The service crews were very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Zhi Liang who patiently made multiple runs just to collect our order slips (sorry some of us took a while) and attended promptly to our service calls.

ramen broth was thick and fragrant, but we felt that the flavours on the tonkotsu was missing depth. garlic oil was okay, but not the best. but the noodles were well cooked, charsiew was tender. agree with the other reviews of understaffed, unwelcoming service. especially the part about feeling like eating in a stranger's home. wasn't expecting japanese standards but prices are on the high side considering the quality of food and service. worth a try if haven't eaten before.

Broth was thick and kinda bland. Pork smell was strong. Service and atmosphere was not bad. Not sure why it has 4.6 stars, might be catered to the average Singaporean.
