The staff at the counter is abit unorganised and rude, when making requests, they are impatient and dismissive. The service used to be better a few years ago. Hopefully it will improve when I visit again.

Dined in to Harbourfront kfc on a Sunday morning . Aunty Sharon was so patient with the order and give very warm service . Even thought she is alone at the counter . She is very helpful and positive . Keep it up aunty Sharon ❤️

An oasis of calm even when the shopping centre is very very busy. The seating area is actually quite spacious but slightly hidden away. Also KFC chicken rice is only found in Singapore (certainly not in the UK) and is lovely.
