Jian Lai Cheng Prawn Mee is a well-loved hawker stall at Redhill Food Centre that has been serving bowls of soulful prawn noodles for years. Their signature prawn mee comes loaded with prawns, fish cake slices, pork slices, and even a piece of tender pig skin, all bathed in a nicely flavoured prawn broth and topped with crispy fried shallots. The laksa gravy was made of fresh coconut. Don't feel like the packet coconut at all. Lots of stuff in it but I didn't see cockers though. Got tau fu pok, taugeh, pork skin and all the condiments. Noodle was au Dante. Love it. Will certainly try again

Had prawn mee without noodles coz on a low carb diet. They didn’t make a fuss out of my order + gave a very generous portion of veg! polite, clean and great service - wiped the trays before helping to put the utensils careful. 👍🏻 wasn’t thinking of giving a review before I started eating.. 😂 …
