Hei Lun Shi Tang is a Chinese restaurant at Queensway that serves up homestyle dishes with a local sensibility. The menu leans towards familiar Cantonese and local Chinese staples — think steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables, claypot tofu, and hearty soups — all prepared with the kind of care that tastes like a family kitchen.Based on 130 Google reviews

Still the best lu rou fan for me in Singapore. Go to place when craving for this taiwanese rice topping. Always go for the pork and curry combination and the meatballs radish soup.
