Kerala cuisine meets Middle Eastern flair at this Anchorpoint eatery serving shawarma and spice-laden plates.
Deliz Street is a unique Anchorpoint eatery where Kerala cuisine and Middle Eastern flavours share the same menu — a fusion you don't often find in Singapore. The casual, brightly lit space feels like a neighbourhood gem that locals return to for a comforting, spice-forward meal.
Arabic-style shawarmas start from $7.40, with burritos and quesadillas adding a creative cross-cultural twist. Kerala classics and North Indian favourites round out the offerings, alongside healthy bowls ($12.40) and shawarma plates ($13.60) for bigger appetites. The kitchen is halal-friendly and prices stay very wallet-friendly.
In the mood for shawarma with a Kerala soul? Deliz Street delivers bold, comforting flavours that are well worth the detour.
We were curious about this place so we gave it a try. We tried the lamb shawarma, lamb biryani and the beef porata. We loved it. We found out that the cuisine was a mix of turkish, greek and south indian food. For dessert we had a kunaka which was the perfect way to end the meal (add the ice cream). And the MASALA TEA. Go try it!

Flavor and spices are well balanced. The lady serving us is very friendly too. This place is hidden gem!

2nd time this week, we had dinner at Deliz. The menu is very wide, so there is plenty to try. My family really liked the food there, especially the Dum Biryani, the Hummus Plate with Falafel and the Mutton Rogan Josh. Highly recommend …
