505 Fried White Carrot Cake at ABC Brickworks Market and Food Centre is a stall that specialises in the white version of fried carrot cake — the steamed rice flour cake cubed and stir-fried with preserved radish, egg, and spring onions until crispy on the outside and soft within. Unlike the black version that includes sweet dark soy sauce, the white version lets the savoury flavours of the chye poh and egg shine through.Based on 7 Google reviews

New stall in abc market.they said relocated from Jurong West so had to be experienced.true enough,I find the end product well done.not too fried and portion is decent for $4( as per photo). Owners are friendly and service oriented.worth a try before market close for R&R in April!

Had some great crispy and yummy carrot cake here. Cai poh was very nice and tasted different from others I've tried, then heard they actually do their own mix so no wonder! Even their chili is their own formula, so do get that if you enjoy …
