Sentosa GrillFest, Singapore's favourite beachfront cookout, returns to Siloso Beach for its ninth edition from 23 July to 16 August 2026. Since its debut in 2017, the festival has welcomed close to 800,000 visitors, and the 2026 edition is its most ambitious yet, featuring 42 vendors across five themed zones, including 18 newcomers and a first-ever omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience co-curated with the Singapore Chefs' Association.
Five Themed Grill Zones
Local Grills
Hawker favourites get a smoky twist. Returning crowd favourites include Slurp'd, serving freshly shucked oysters from Murotsu Bay in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, and Cow Bae, known for their signature flambé and dry-aged beef burger. Expect prices in the SGD 8 to SGD 18 range for most plates at this zone, with the oysters starting at around SGD 12 for a half-dozen.
International Grills
A culinary journey across the globe. Korean BBQ lands at Hanok Kimchi, Japanese flame-torched mentaiko wagyu beef bowls at Gyushi, bold smoky flavours from BBQ Box, robatayaki grilling, and the Taiwanese night market classic da chang bao xiao chang from 8 Degree Taiwanese Bistro. International Grills is the largest zone by vendor count, with 14 of the 42 stalls sitting here, and most plates range from SGD 10 to SGD 22.
Beachside Grills
Perched along the waterfront with open-flame cooking against Siloso Beach. New this year is Smokin' Joe with Australian Wagyu ribeye, and ChillBro with grilled banana topped with chocolate ice cream. Returning favourites include Jett BBQ with their show-stopping dinosaur ribs and Smok Hous with Texas-style barbecue. Beachside Grills is where you want to be at sunset, the open-flame counters face the water and the light hits the grills at the right angle for photos.
Marketplace
Customise your dining experience using sustainably sourced meats, ocean-friendly seafood and premium seasonal ingredients. The Marketplace also sells curated picnic baskets if you want to take your food down to the sand rather than eat at the stall counters.
Beachfront Omakase
The first-ever omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience at GrillFest, co-curated with the Singapore Chefs' Association. Seats are limited to 24 diners per seating, with two seatings per night at 6pm and 8pm. The menu changes weekly and is built around seasonal seafood, with pricing at SGD 128 per person including a sake pairing. Reservations are handled through the Sentosa GrillFest website.
Live Entertainment
On 26 July at 7pm, Korean jazz band ZIP4 takes the stage in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore. Other live acts run across all festival evenings, with the full schedule posted on the Sentosa GrillFest Instagram. The entertainment zone sits between the International Grills and Beachside Grills sections, so you can eat and listen at the same time without missing either.

How to Plan Your Visit
The festival runs across four long weekends in 2026, and each weekend has a slightly different vendor rotation. The first weekend (23 to 26 July) is the busiest and the best for first-timers because every stall is operational. The second weekend (31 July to 2 August) is the quietest, with shorter queues at the headline stalls. The 7 to 9 August weekend overlaps with National Day, so expect crowds and plan to arrive by 5pm if you want a seat at the Beachside Grills before sunset.
Bring cash and card, as most vendors accept both but a handful of the smaller stalls still run cash-only lines. Pack a beach towel if you want to grab a picnic basket from the Marketplace and eat on the sand, and bring a light jacket because Siloso Beach gets windy after sunset. Parking at Beach Station is limited, so the Sentosa Express from VivoCity is the easiest way in, and the last train back to the mainland runs at 11pm.
